I expected the machine to need assembling but it was rather simple. I thought the water would turn gross. So I watched for days. The only thing I really noticed was after maybe 3 days there was a little hair in the water stir stem thing. So today was the day I finally saw proof that it works. My husband fried fish...the water turned murky within an hour! So it works. I do change the water every 3 days and I do not use any oils because my child has allergies, actually why I wanted this. But I can vouch it works even if you can't see it right away

We use this daily and throw a cap full of downy scent beads in with the water and it makes our house smell AMAZING!! It’s so easy to clean after too, just run it under the sink and it’s ready to go again. We have had ours for over a year and like I said use it daily and have never had an issue.

I moved into a house that is 72 years old with hard wood floors and had not been cleaned in 4 years due to the person being in a nursing home. I could see the dust in the air constantly until I purchased this! I developed bronchitis when I moved in but now sleep with this beside my bed and it helped me stop coughing and the air literally smells cleaner when I walk close to this air cleaner. I wish I could have one in every room but now, I just take it with me to the room I am sitting in (I work from home). I'm pretty sure it's filtering out some pollen and fall leaves particles also because I've noticed less sinus pain since using it 24 hours a day.

I should have bought this air purifier sooner, it keeps the dust down in the house and smells clean and crisp. I have 3 of them in my home: one in the living area, one in the hall entrance, and one in my bedroom... After 16 hours the water was dirty and in need of a change.
